When’s the last time you made space to grow?
As I become older I’m becoming more aware of the habits and routines I’ve consciously or unconsciously fallen into.
It can be as simple as your choice of clothes or as complex as your diet. Everything’s a learned behavior from a young age.
As I switch unconscious habits into conscious ones I’m able to make a change. A choice for the better.
Create space for growth. Observe yourself, your habits, and the people around you. How much of it is conscious?
If not conscious, what’s the root? Where did it start?
Do you still relate to the root or are you a different person?
If you’re a different person, why are these things still in your life?
Create alignment in your thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
To do so, change your conscious habits.
